Why is the total billed to my credit card different than the amount on my order invoice receipt?

The amount reflected on your credit card may not equal the dollar amount reflected on the order invoice receipt we provide to you.  This is because all prices shown on our website, in our catalogs, and on the invoices we generate are in U.S. Dollars.  All orders are billed and payable in U.S. Dollars only.

Your credit card company will convert the U.S. Dollar transaction to Canadian Dollars when posting the final sale* to your card.  We are unable to advise customers on the exchange rate, as the Canadian exchange rate fluctuates daily.  Your credit card company or local financial institution can provide additional information regarding the exchange rate and the conversion.

*For this reason, refunds and credits may not be equal to the original amount paid, if the exchange rate has changed between the time of your original payment and the time of any credit or adjustment issued for your order.
