What shipping options are available to Canada?

Orders to Canada can be shipped by standard shipping or rush shipping. 

Standard shipping

To save our customers money on standard shipping, we consolidate our Canadian orders into two monthly ground shipments to Canada, on the 10th and 25th of each month. Orders must be submitted by 5 p.m. ET on the 9th or the 24th of any given month to be included in our bi-monthly consolidated shippings.

Orders shipping via our economical consolidated ground service will be delivered to our shipping partner in Ontario, Canada, where they will be relabeled for local delivery via either Canada Poste or Canpar, at their discretion depending on your delivery address.  Generally, depending on your delivery location, you can expect your order in 15-20 business days from the time it is shipped.  However, please allow for delays in customs that may be outside of our control.

Standard shipping and handling charges are calculated as follows:

If your product total before tax* is:

$0.00 – $70.00 add $10.50
$70.01 and over add 15% of the product total

*tax is applied to all consolidated Canadian orders. For more information, see our tax page.

Rush shipping

All rush orders receive priority processing. Orders placed by 10:30 a.m. ET during the business week will be shipped the same day. Rush orders received after 10:30 a.m. will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not offer weekend delivery.

We offer UPS International Expedited delivery to most Canadian provinces*. Shipping charges vary and will be automatically calculated by our website shopping cart based on the weight of your order. The estimated transit time for Expedited delivery is approximately 3-6 business days after your order is shipped; however, please allow for delays in customs that may be outside of our control. Customs clearance is performed by UPS and customs, brokerage fees, and taxes may be billed to recipients directly by UPS.

*Expedited service is not currently available to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon. Please take advantage of our bi-monthly ground consolidation.

  • For bulk orders, please call 1-800-638-3775 or contact Customer Service for rates and shipping options. Rush shipping options may be limited or unavailable for some large orders.
  • If you order items with different availability dates (one or more of the items is pre- or back-ordered and one or more is available immediately), we will ship each pre- or back-ordered title by standard shipping as it becomes available.
