I'm a reseller; what is your return policy?

Booksellers must return overstock books within six (6) months of the date of purchase.  All books returned for credit must be sent postpaid to our warehouse (see the returns address below).  A packing list, copy of the original invoice, and your order RMA chargeback paperwork must be enclosed.  Return authorization is not required.

Please note:

  • Any returns received after six (6) months of the invoice date will be refused.
  • All returns must be received in new, unmarked, undamaged, re-saleable condition.  Full credit will not be issued for books returned in damaged or used condition, for books with price markings, or for books removed from original shrink wrapping.  Damaged books are destroyed by our warehouse and are not available for pick-up.
  • Booksellers and distributors may not return forms, CDs, DVDs, or USBs.

Damage/Defect Claims:

  • Return/Credit authorization for defects/damages is required prior to return.  Defective books must be reported and returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date.  Please report claims of defect promptly to our Claims Department: [email protected] to receive instruction for claim processing and credit.
