What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  If you're not, we'll take it back.


Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our titles (unless otherwise indicated).  At any time within the 30 days, you may return the product for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling costs.  Prior return authorization is not required, and you do not need to request permission to return.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for our warehouse to receive, inspect, and process your return before credit can be issued.  (Resellers: please see our Resellers KB section for return policies.)


Just follow these three easy steps to return a purchase:

  1. Make sure the item is in new, resalable condition.  We cannot refund or credit returned products that are marked or damaged.
  2. Enclose a copy of your invoice.  Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned product so we can issue the proper credit or refund.
  3. Ship the package to our returns department.  To guarantee delivery, please insure your package and ship it via UPS, or other traceable delivery service.  Returns must be sent postpaid to:
