I'm a faculty member. How do I request an exam/desk copy?

If you’re a college or university faculty member, and would like to review one of our books for use in your course, thank you for your interest in our publications!  All requests are subject to review so please submit your requests electronically or in writing only.  You may fill out our exam copy request form online or you may fax or mail your request on university letterhead to:

Mailed or faxed requests must include the following information:

  • whether the text has already been adopted or is being considered for adoption
  • course name and number
  • when the course will be offered
  • estimated course enrollment
  • whether text will be used as primary or supplementary reading
  • name of text currently used for course
  • likelihood of adopting Brookes text and decision date
  • bookstore with which the order will be placed (if book is adopted)

Please note:

Campus addresses (e.g., Morey Hall, Room 302) also need to include a complete street address (e.g., 100 Main Street). All exam and desk copies are shipped via USPS and delivery times may vary.

 

We can’t provide exam copies of DVDs, curricula forms, modules, or assessment sheets. Unless otherwise indicated, these items are covered under our risk-free money-back guarantee.

 

Some books distributed for other publishers by Brookes are offered on 60-day terms. You will not be charged if you adopt the book or return it to us within 60 days.
